Overview: 

Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep is a Catholic, college preparatory school for students from households of low to moderate income. Cristo Rey Dallas nurtures and challenges young women and men of all faiths to recognize and realize their full potential as they grow to love God, respect others and serve their community. Each student participates in the Corporate Work Study Program, which offers a weekly work study experience for all four years.

Anticipated Start Date: 

October 20, 2021 or a mutually agreed upon date

Purpose: 

The Director of Corporate Work Study manages both the internal and external departments of the CWSP Team which include both external partnerships and CWSP operations. This team member will be responsible for recruiting new job partners and maintaining relationships with C-Suite connections at current job partners while ensuring that the CWSP program is executed well from development of students to partner satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish successful working relationships with senior executives at current job partners
  • Recruit new jobs partners through personal connections, networking and CRD Board and Committee Members
  • Organize and attend meetings with potential job partners as part of the sales process
  • Manage and train the internal CWSP team to ensure effective processes in student preparation and development 
  • Develop strategies to increase CWSP partner retention and satisfaction in collaboration with the external team
  • Strategize with transportation to organize logistics for student transportation
  • Collaborate with the development team to increase job partner participation in both events and annual giving
  • Respond to difficult student and job partner conflicts in collaboration with the leadership team  
  • Manage the internal and external CWSP teams and ensure cohesiveness and effective communication between the teams.
  • Attend and assist at Cristo Rey Dallas events and engage in other networking events to build relationships in the Dallas community
  • Travel occasionally as needed to connect with peers at other Cristo Rey Network schools

 

Knowledge Skills, Abilities and Other Attributes:

  • Commitment to the mission of Cristo Rey Dallas 
  • Proven ability to create and leverage relationships at multiple levels in a company
  • Experience managing a team
  • Account management and/or sales experience preferred 
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred program 
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
