Dear CRD Students and Families,
As we conclude 2022, and break for the Christmas holiday, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all who help make CRD an amazing place to be. We are a community with many gifts and talents which we share daily with one another and most importantly with our students. Our collective efforts to raise the whole child are filled with passion, commitment, and a willingness to make decisions that may be hard in the present but will have a positive and lasting influence in the future of our students for years to come.
Parents and families of course, are such a critical part of all we hope to accomplish on behalf of our CRD students. I am grateful to you for doing what is the hardest, most rewarding, and joyous job of all. Thank you for entrusting us with your most precious gift. I am grateful to our talented, creative, inquisitive, optimistic, and resilient students. They make us laugh, they make us think, and most of all, they make us better.
In the spirit of this holiday season, I want to extend my thanks to all of you for everything that you do for our school. As we enjoy the upcoming holidays, it is my fervent wish that each of you receives and returns the seasonal bounty of blessings and good tidings that make these days truly special.
I believe the faces of our students best express the true meaning of this holiday season. They radiate a sense of enthusiasm, joy for life and hope for the opportunities that await them. To the parents and friends of the CRD community, please have a safe and joyous holiday season.

Estimados Estudiantes y Familias de CRD,
Al concluir el 2022 y las vacaciones de Navidad, quiero tomarme un momento para expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento a todos los que ayudan a hacer de CRD un lugar increíble para estar. Somos una comunidad con muchos dones y talentos que compartimos diariamente entre nosotros y, lo que es más importante, con nuestros estudiantes. Nuestros esfuerzos colectivos para criar al niño en su totalidad están llenos de pasión, compromiso y disposición para tomar decisiones que pueden ser difíciles en el presente pero que tendrán una influencia positiva y duradera en el futuro para todos nuestros estudiantes.
Los padres y las familias, por supuesto, son una parte fundamental de todo lo que esperamos lograr en nombre de nuestros estudiantes de CRD. Les agradezco por hacer lo que es el trabajo más difícil, gratificante y alegre de todos. Gracias por confiarnos su regalo más preciado. Estoy agradecido con nuestros estudiantes maravillosos, talentosos, creativos, curiosos, optimistas, y resistentes. Nos hacen reír, nos hacen pensar y sobre todo, nos hacen mejores.
En el espíritu de esta temporada navideña, quiero agradecerles a todos por todo lo que hacen por nuestra escuela. Mientras disfrutamos de las próximas fiestas, deseo fervientemente que cada uno de ustedes reciba y devuelva la generosidad estacional de bendiciones y buenas noticias que hacen que estos días sean verdaderamente especiales.
Creo que los rostros de nuestros estudiantes expresan mejor el verdadero significado de esta temporada navideña. Irradian una sensación de entusiasmo, alegría por la vida y esperanza por las oportunidades que les esperan.
